My first experience was getting stuck in Soshanguve with what I thought was a petrol problem. I called help@assist, and within an hour they sent someone with 10L of petrol. My car drove for a few kilometres before stopping again, making it clear there was a mechanical problem. As it was Saturday, I managed to get the car to my mom’s house. On Monday morning, I called OUTsurance to arrange towing from my mom’s to the mechanic. Everything was handled without any hassle. What impressed me most was that they could tow the car even though I wasn’t physically there. I called just after 7am, and by just after 8am my car was already at the mechanic! The service was exceptional. Aobakwe, the consultant, even followed up to check that everything went well, as did the person who assisted me on Saturday. My mom was also so impressed that she said she would choose OUTsurance any day—even without a car, she’d happily pay the premiums! 😀 Keep it up, guys! Your service is beyond impressive. 👌🏾
