My feedback is something I have to give as I'm not one to easily rate or score, nevertheless I had difficulty with understanding my app to make the necessary changes to my policy. I requested a call back and under 5mins I received a call from and the person was extremely helpful understanding and clear in communicating and under 3mins I even got something better then what was requested. #outsurancerock Thank you Michael
