My experience with OUTsurance was sensational as I had a wonderful dialogue, firstly with the attending agent and secondly, with her line manager. It was a pleasure to listen to their friendly voices as they explained what OUTsurance offers to the client. They embraced openness and clarity. It was like they visited me at home and we chatted like family, and they had very conversational, light-hearted voices. We even joked and laughed about the flexibility of the policy using the plastic ruler anology, as opposed to the metal ruler. Although I received a lower premium as compared to the one with my previous service provider, the buy-line for me was the annual review. As a pensioner an agent calling me to check on what makes me happy is phenomenal and heart-warming. I'm very thrilled to be included in the OUTsurance family and embrace its flexible policy.
