My experience with OUTsurance was prompt and effortless overall. The process was handled quickly and the communication was clear, which made things much less stressful. The only small inconvenience was that I had to look for a place myself to sort out the vehicle repairs. However, I understand that this is probably done to give clients the freedom to choose their own service provider if they prefer. Apart from that, the service was smooth and efficient, and I appreciate how quickly everything was handled
