My experience with Outsurance was a 43 minute phone chat to Tumi Masipa. As a difficult to please customer, with loyal ties to my previous broker, this advisor pursuaded me to join Outsurance. His professionalism, advice, ability to listen & answer precisely, his honesty and patience, allowed me to really think about my needs and not loyalty. His convincing, calm voice with no pressure on his side, gave me a chance to make a financial decision about Outsurance's offer and savings. I'm always sceptical about change but my experience with him put me at ease and made the choice very easy.
