My experience with Outsurance been so professional and very caring staff. When we were in an accident in 2015 in Cape Town. Was so helpful and caring all the way since the accident, phoned every 5 minutes to found out if we were fine. The towing truck staff also very helpful took as from Hex River Pass to Paarl to get a courtesy car. With changes in our Insurance premium, staff always been assisted with helping decreasing our premium, yearly. We have been Rewarded a few times with Outsurance No claim bonusses. Have so many calls from other short term Insurance Companies, not interesting as Outsurance will always be the best in their premiums. Outsurance will always be a 5 STAR Insurance company.
