My experience with my claim process was owesome, the systems /processes put in place are very easy where one just send an sms and customer service calls you back even communicate via email the response doesn’t even take 30 minutes for them to respond. That made the process very easy. I don’t even want to talk about the professionalism of the staff, wow! Something out of this world. They were so warm, welcoming, helpful, patient. Thank you 🙏
