My experience with Mr. Mason Naidoo, from Outsurance was exceptional. From the start, they were attentive, patient and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. Every question and concern I had was met with an intentional, clear and reassuring guidance. Especially for a process that can sometimes be filled with jargon and daunting to undertake, but I was heard and reassured through out the process. What really set the interaction apart was that it didn't feel like a sales pitch, it felt collaborative, where priorities and needs were prioritized and valued. The professionalism, care and attention I received made me feel safe and that I am truly with an insurer who cares.
