My experience is from many years ago when they helped my husband after his car was written-off.I was amazed about how fast and efficient it was handled. The minute I was able to afford insurance i did not even bother to look for quotes to compare i knew which one to go for and I did not hesitate. I had few claims already and I'm beyond satisfied, the last thing one need when accident happen is to be made to jump hoops with Outsurance i am satisfied
