My existing policy required review and changes and to add to this also the best possibly premium for a brand new car just purchased. Outsurance did not shy away from a montly fee of a competitor on the new vehicle or the existing content and immediately set to task. I have been a client of Outsurance for many years not because of habit but in the years their dedication and excellent service stood head and shoulders above the offerings of competitors. I find it extremely important that when dealing with a staff member that my needs are adequetly heard and addressed. Kindness goes a long way and again 100% to Outsurance. To conclude... my policy was adequately addressed and the new vehicle added with an unbeatably monthly fee. Well done 👏🏻
