My Excess Recovered

I joined Outsurance in the month of November 2016. My car had to go to their test center for a check before the policy could take effect. However, I could not find time to go to the test center and in December I was involved in a collision - fortunately not caused by me.

In spite of the fact that the car had not been inspected as was required, Outsurance had the car repaired without any problem. Their legal department took the matter up with the other party and was able to recover both their expenses as well as my excess.

The whole team was very professional, friendly and competent. I'm really glad I chose the company for my insurance.
