My desperation to get my car paid off

<p>On th second of jun my car was in an accident and I reported to my insurance Myway they took 32 days to tell me that my claim was rejected because the person who was driving was not the regular driver they removed my car from them and they refunded me my money and was told to pay for th tall truck that took my car from the accident sin the I claimed from the third party insuarence that is outsuarence they responded and they approved the claim but I was told that they will only pay for the damages at th back only coz that's where there client hit m but I don't understand y coz there client hit me at th back and pushed m into another car so my car was damaged from back and front please help I don't nr what to do now and they want me to take my car to there panel beater that is not recognized by the bmw and if I do that my car will be removed from bmw warranty </p>
