My debit order reversed due to an error on my bank account and i immediately contacted Outsurance and was impressed by both ladies from two different departments to reload the debit orders on another bank account. It was done swiftly and both ladies was friendly and patient as i struggled to access the account nr needed. Customer Service is not just something Outsurance talk about as they put their money where their month is, socto speak and delivered outstanding service. I have been with Outsurance for many years and not once has their service dissappoint. I am a happy customer 😁
