My debit order amount increased without my consent

Why is my debit order all of a sudden R3000 and something. It's supposed to be R2000 and something

So quick to reply but still no feedback from whoever this was escalated to. Was it really escalated or is the reply just a tick-box exercise?

Good day Eezy E

We understand that receiving an annual increase comes as a disappointment.

There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc.
Our client services manager, Sherwyn, has been unsuccessful in his attempts to reach you. He has subsequently reviewed your premium and emailed you the updated policy schedule.

Please reach out to Sherwyn on the email address provided below. He will address your concerns regarding the rerate.

Excuse me... no one from Outsurance tried calling me. There are no calls on my phone from outsurance.

You refunded a portion of my money. You've debited me incorrectly for 2 months, not just 1 month. Please make sure that my debit orders are correct going forward do not debit the incorrect amount again
