My daughters education suffering because of outsurance

<p>On Friday the 3rd of June at 18h15 a lady bumped into my car accidentally. We went to the police station reported the case. She uses outsurance and I had to claim from her insurance as she was at fault. she gave me all the information I needed BUT outsurance is not doing their part. They are telling me that I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my car to fixed. I am currently taking a Taxi to work and my daughter is at home. Shes turning 4years this month, firstly its very cold for her to take a Taxi to school and secondly her school is far from where the Taxi drops us ( So does this mean I have to walk her to school and then walk to my workplace). And does this also mean she will miss 6 weeks of school? Why must I suffer because I wasn't at fault and the lady that caused this accident has been paying Outsurance for cases like this. Please sort out my case as soon as possible. Even worse I had to call outsurance to check whats going on, I couldnt get hold of the lady thats handling the case. She called back and asked for more documents (Which I sent but there was no confirmation of receipt and I havent heard anything from her since) I am so disappointed, yourl sell dreams to us and give us **** back.</p>
