My daughter was standing next to the road with a flat tire. I phoned Outsurance to send help. Directly after I called Outsurance I tried to call my daughter to say that I made the call to Outsurance, but her phone was engaged already receiving a call from Outsurance. Help was sent immediately and my daughter was assisted swiftly and efficiently.
