My dad had an accident on 1st May, where it was not his fault

My dad had an accident on 1st May, where it was not his fault. The other party - company vehicle from Builders warehouse, driver Quintin Olivier reversed into my father's car, then **** about the accident and fabricated a witness.... My father is totally shocked and overwhelmed by this behavior.... Outsurance advised, guided and assured that my father's car be fixed... even offered legal services against said offender.. Only sympathy, understanding and quick response from Outsurance.. I have been a client for over 30years.....will not take my business elsewhere!!
