My claim was logged by Outsurance on Saturday 29 Nov'25 at 12h10. They were caring, guided me as to what I needed to do, was I safe, did I need transport home (due to my vehicle towed to Outsurance assessment yard), etc. They completed the claim in full, electronically. On Monday 1 Dec'25 at 07h05, claims dept. called to to advise that the assessor was going to view my vehicle. I was contacted 2 to4 times a day with updates. I received the assessors report (write off), by lunch time 1 Dec'25. I decided to buy my car back from Outsurance. They towed the vehicle to repair yard of my choice. Arrived by 16h00 on 2 Dec'25. I was paid out in full (buy back price), by 15h45 on Wednesday 3 Dec'25. The whole team was EFFICIENT, METICULOUS and kept me up to date on EVERY progress that was made. I will CONTINUE my insurance cover with Outsurance as I am extremely satisfied with their service! They did a FANTASTIC job when I needed them the most!!
