My cat, Cinnamon, was in need of an emergency operation

My cat, Cinnamon, was in need of an emergency operation. I was trying to source funds as I was informed that I needed to pay upfront and then claim. I received a call from Henriette, who informed me that OUTsurance could pay the vet directly if I got pre-authorization. This really helped me to proceed with arrangements for my cat. Unfortunately, my cat had to be euthanized as she deteriorated too quickly but OUTsurance helped me by processing my claim within two days which meant I was not pressured financially as well as emotionally at this time.
