My car was ****** on Friday morning, I phoned Outsurance and spoke to Ronel Klaasen,she was very helpful and told me exactly what forms I needed to proceed with the payout.On Monday morning I had collected all the paperwork necessary to proceed,I had just arrived home and Ronel phoned me and organised for the Salvage department to send a courier to collect the paperwork.That was duly collected the same day.I am very impressed by the speed which everything has progressed.
