My car was in drivable and stuck in my driveway while the storm was raging in Cape Town. I called Outsurance, logged a claim and a service provider contacted me within one minute to arrange a tow. Down South towing were excellent, they arrived within 5 minutes, worked in the rain and wind and had my car on the flatbed truck within 15 minutes. The whole experience was seem less and a pleasure.
