My car caught fire on Friday 30 January on a dirt road in the vlijoenskroon area. The car engine was destroyed. Outsurance sent a tow truck immediately. My son contacted his Outsurance agent in Klerksdorp who assisted with everything and even offered to come fetch me if I needed a lift All at Outsurance were very kind and offered all sorts of assistance. My car was assessed and written off- half the engine had burnt away. It was easy to submit the claim and Outsurance made the entire process seamless. I was constant informed as to what was happening and what the next steps are. 12 days later- the claim was paid out to me Outstanding service and communication- I won’t insure my assets anywhere else
