My car broke down so...

My car broke down so I contacted them to tow me home and they sent a tow company that was so gentle and respectful with my car and it only took them 30 mins to get to me, whereas before when I was with a previous insurance company I had to wait on the side of the road in my car with no food or water or toilet for 31 hours.
