My Building cover suddenly dissapeared

By Geyser burst this morning, and when I called Outsurance, they told me I had no building cover.<br> <br> I've been sending my policy to my bank for the last 3 years and 3 years ago I claimed on a burst pipe (And I had bad service then)<br> <br> I never Outsurance to lapse my building cover and now I an sitting with a burst geyser.
