My assessor Tshiamo she was amazing. The way she spoke to me and was so considerate and not rushing about the claim but asked what happened and was empathetic. It really made be feel supported during a difficult time. The entire claim was quick and easy, constant communication and they kept to their timelines. Amazing experience
