I logged a claim a week ago . I was told that an email will be drafted to the outsurance agent . I contacted outsurance late this afternoon and to date no one contacted me regarding the claim.I was just politely told that they mailed the agent last week already. The agents name is AAshieq Salie , who in my opinion is highly *********** , since this is not the first time I am waiting on him to respond to me.
