Mr.Kunal was very compassionate, patient and kindly answered all my questions and walked me through the process..I am 75 yrs old and this was my first accident and not my fault..so I was upset and he was very reassuring. Also the personnel at Frame panel beaters were very helpful and kind and did a very good job with the repairs.Thank you Outsurance
