Motor warranty claim

I recently had the misfortunate trouble with my vehicle auto gearbox jumping gears. I sent my vehicle into the dealer, where I received the news that the gearbox needed to be replaced. I immediately contacted outsurance. I had taken out a motor warranty policy out with them. I log a claim via the app, and within minutes, a person by the name of Saihil Thotharam contacted me to find out what the problem was and talk me through the next steps and what would be required. Saihil Thotharam was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process and providing feedback. A special mention also needs to go out to Tshego Thekiso, who also assisted on the claim and even went as far as contacting the dealership when I was unreachable to gain more information. Saihil Thotharam and Tshego Thekiso really went out of their way to make this process as seamless as possible. Claim was approved swiftly after receiving all the documentation. I am truly grateful in the manner in which my claim was handled and resolved. Outsurance really went the extra mile.
