Motor warranty claim after 6 months

I did not know I had Motor warranty on my policy. On 10/5/2024 I had a clutch kit replacement and paid R9000 In November I spoke to a friend that is also with Out Surance and she told me about it. This is now 6 months down the line. I phoned and my claim was registered and then Tiisetso contacted me from the claim department. She assisted me. She is an asset for Out Surance. I did not expect my claim to be refunded. Out Surance as always in the 20 plus years came through again and refunded me. That is why I will never cancel my policy with them.
