Motor warrant plan sucks
I signed up with the motor warranty plan in Jul 2022 and had issue with my car in Feb 2024 and submitted a claim only to find that there was 2 services missing. I was only the 2nd owner of that car and only received the service history that was provided by dealership. I then had to cancel after paying for so many months. Very very bad

Thank you for your review.
John our claims manager, contacted you to discuss the reasons for the rejection in detail. As per the policy wording, your vehicle must have a full-service history before cover starts and must continue to be serviced for the duration of this cover. At sales stage, you advised us that the vehicle had a full-service history. John has advised you to contact the dealer to try and find the missing history. We will review the claim once you provide the required information. You have our apologies for the disappointment.
