Motor Accident Claim

Outsurance handled the claim quickly and constantly and kept me updated with the process. We paid our excess as required and really thought that would be it. Then Annelize (Legal Dept) contacted me to give her a full detail of how the accident happened who was all involved etc with drawings.<br> Annelize said that she would try and claim the excess but could not guarantee as the parties involved were not financially sound and also they were not admitting fault. <br> <br> Then to my surprise, she phoned to say that Outsurance was refunding me my excess. This is a first for us and would like to thank Annelize for her hard work and for the professional way Outsurance assisted us.
