Most stupid managers and consultants

Very unhappy and very sickening thankfully there was 1 competent consultant Johann Botha In the Retentions team . He was very helpful and he understood and helped me right till the end he spent about 3 hours explaining and apologizing and I only kept my policies with Outsurance because of him and even added another 2 more policies because of him . I just hope that his managers bad customer service behavior doesn't rub of on him .
