After listening patiently to my rant about how panel beaters are *********** insurance companies, Moses quietly said that Outsurance would be happy to pay me out the amount that the insurance company had quoted, and i can use this to have my car repaired privately -I already have a private quote for significantly less than this amount, minus my excess, so for a change i score something back from all my insurance premiums!!
