Most Efficient Claim Process

Outsurance staff are all well trained, very supportive and kind. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 10th of October, it is the 30th and everything has been wrapped up so smoothly. I called my broker Bonisile Mgidi on the day of the incident and he helped with reporting the matter. Carly Naidoo was the lady handling my claim and she kept me in the loop the whole time. Every step of the claim was well communicated with so much kindness. Terry-Anne Ritchie from client services also checked in on me after everything was finalized and the was a bit of a misunderstanding when we were fetching the vehicle at the storage facility, she rectified the mistake with 24 hours.

I have had vehicle insurance for the just over 15 years and I have never received this 5 star service when it was time to claim. They are not just friendly when you are signing up.
