MOST AWFUL SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED AFTER WORKING WITH THEM FOR 3 YEARS

<p>I enquired about my vehicle insurance from Outsurance just to chnage my address on my current policy with them! When I called the guy tells me he can't change my policy address as he can't! I was transffered to a drffrent agent where he tells me my policy was cancelled last month I'm still in shock cause the last time I spoke with an Outsurance agent I wanted to cancell my policy but she convinced me to stay cause she could make my policy cheaper we agreed that she wnt cancel it and would rather see what she can do and that she'll give me a call back. Today onl to find out that they cancelled my policy without even informating with sms or email ot any form of communication to say my policy has been canncelled! I'm still in shock with the news I got from outsurance cause if I got an accident what would happen cause my insurance has been cancelled!</p>
