Most AMAZING and totally IMPRESSIVE SERVICE

<p>Wow, I cannot express how greatful and appreciative I am with the aftersales service received from Outsurance! My husband had an accident with our vehicle last week Thursday. the entire proces of calling in for a tow truck to getting the payout as our vehicle was written off, has been absolutely seamless! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am beyond impressed! its only day 5 and I have already been paid out! how amazing is that? </p> <p> </p> <p>special mentions :</p> <p>Faheem - He took my call from the accident scene, his first question to me - how is your husband? is he hurt? JUST WOW and the tow truck was with us in literally 5minutes! absolutely impressive!</p> <p> </p> <p>Lillian Matlala - this wonderful lady CALLED ME to lodge the claim and process it all. she was a total professional, answered all of my questions I couldnt fault her at all! she even dealt with me after her shift had ended on Saturday even though I said I coudl wait until Monday. absolutely amazing!</p> <p> </p> <p>Roshni Naidoo - Roshini was such a pleasure to deal with! she arranged a courier to fetch the necessary documents from me, the courier was here 2 hours later. She was kind, caring, patient and professional! Less than 24hours later she has just called to advise that my payment has been done! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am just wowed by this company, they have really gone above and beyond to help me. no ***** tricks to skimp out my payout etc. I wont ever move to any ther insurance company! not even for half the premium on my new vehicle! I highly recomend and commend them for their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!</p>
