This is solid client service delivery! Vehicle went in for accident repairs. After repairs, Dealer indicated that they would also like to repair a damaged car light (not damaged by accident but by owner). OUTsurance was in agreement and there was no cost implication. This is so much appreciated in the current weak economic situation where every cent and every client service gesture matters.
