More than double charge for the exact same item

My wife and i both bought galaxy not 8 phones, both on Outsurance insurance but i get charged R 256, and she gets charged R 126 per month. Now they say it's a profile thing and she is on a new type of business contract etc. Profile, i've had the policy for 5-6 years, paid an amount of R 57 000 in total and claimed once, just once for R 6000. Now my premium is double that than others'. My wife in turn had the policy for less than 2 years, way less cover as it is purely for 1 laptop and a cell. I have on the other hand plenty of items, personnel cover etc. So none of the excuses they give makes any sense and keep saying they have given the maximum discount of 25%... who cares about the discount. I'm being charged R 130 per month more for the exact same device, bought the same day, entered onto policy the same day...
