More than anything it was quick. I got a chip on my windscreen as I was driving my car to have it serviced. Upon arrival, I contacted Outsurance and asked them to call me back. The call took less than 20 minutes and the agent was very transparent. When I fetched my car the chip had been resolved. Mind you this was done with zero excess and didn't affect my out bonus. I'm happy
