More than a month later, still no bathroom

on the 9th September we contacted Outsurance about external walls that were bubbling at exactly the same place where they did repairs less than year ago. They sent a leak detector out. He marked off an area in the bathroom.

Plumbers were sent out. They chopped open the wall, found no leak, but damaged the existing copper pipes in the process.

The leak detector returned. They chopped open some more, replaced a galvanised pipe, in part and since then we have seen no one. It has been more than a month. we are 7 in the house who share one bathroom now.

My issues:

1) Outsurance claims this is a separate issue to what they repaired last year, and we are therefore liable for a second excess amount. But if the wall is bubbling at exactly the SAME spot as last year, both inside and out, how is this even possible? Surely, they didn't fix what the problem was the first time around& are now trying to get a second amount of money out of the debacle.

2) We requested that they replace the pipes they damaged while looking for the leak. We have heard nothing from them in this regard. Each time they send someone over, the company has NO IDEA of what is required.

can we PLEASE get help!
