Moral Hazard

<p>My mom passed out while driving n crashed into 4 cars on the 3/6/2017. She logged a claim n same day. The agent said that they will help the people she bumped. A few day's later she received threatening massages from the ppl she crashed into, they were angry because their claim was rejected. No one bothered to inform my mother that her third party claim was rejected nor explain why they rejected the claim. The third parties are now harassing my mother. So my question is what is the third party cover for? Please can someone explain this to us asap! My mother is living in fear because on the Moral Hazard- outsurance!</p>
