Months still waiting for that R400

<p>in April i did a quote with outsurance and they failed to beat my current premium, they promised to give me R400, after i have posted a complaint here on hellopeter they finally gave me the link to claim,i submitted everything they reauested but until today nothing has come true, i doubt if this R400 ,now R800 advert is true because i dont know anyone who was given it,once they fail to beat your premium they vanish.</p>
