Month 7, Outsurance Excuse 1 million

Seven months and not anywhere closer to getting my issue resolved.. service is beyond pathetic.. outsurance is definitely number one insurance for lies, incompetence and total ****gery.. i am out of words and solutions now..maybe legal is the only route now.. I cannot understand how I am made to wait 7 months to get my car fixed when their client and his recklessness and negligence was to blame..do better please u guys take Service levels in this country to a new low..
