Money hungry company that feels nothing for client services when you need it

<p>Never ever make use of this company! Filthy money hungry intimidating **** company!</p> <p>The extra service that they will provide you with if you are ever in a car accident is the following:</p> <p>- Increase your excess to fit their pocket</p> <p>- Replace parts on your car with **** parts that cost them the fraction of the cost but looks like s***</p> <p>- Intimidate you when you start asking too many questions</p> <p>- Delay the process with all sorts of excuses</p> <p>I wish someone had told me the true colours of Outsurance before, but unfortunately I am stuck with them until I get my car back, which will probably be in another year. And of course they aren't complaining, because they still get to deduct my full premiums monthly, although my car is not on the road. So the longer they delay, the more money they make.</p>
