Money chasing Outsurance agent cause havoc

On Thursday Iphoned in to request a quote and arrange insurance . i had limited time and requested a call back . Needless to say No call back was initiated but I did receive a policy schedule on Thursday evening . I did not accept a quote and most of the details are lacking. It took me the whole of Friday to try and get this policy cancelled. Then My ID number was linked to a policy which I did not take out which I have cancelled - Someone are now going to be left without insurance as I had no option but to cancel the policy

I am an existing Client I am opening a new Branch and require insurance on the new address Mostly electronic equipment which I want specified.

Lastly the ******** employee that proceeded to write a policy should apologize in person . Two days of my time have been wasted not to mention the numerous phone calls etc

Please verify who the owner of policy OT *** is as the money chaser slapped the quote on this persons policy . Please apologize on my behalf as I had no option but to cancel this policy which were now linked to my ID number
