MONEY BACK FOR NOT BEATING QUOTE

I phoned Outsurance for a car insurance quote. They were by far more expensive and when i queried on the money back, they send me via e-mail a form i must fill in. I filled in the form and a person contacted me. They said i will receive my money / [URL Removed] voucher very soon. It was now 2 weeks and still no reply. I contacted outsurance and i was given a number to phone. Refilwe ***). that person is never in the office to be contacted. This is unacceptable.
