Monday mornings made easier (thank you, OUTsurance!)

I needed to add a few items to my policy over the weekend and left a call-back request. True to their word, I got a call first thing on Monday morning, which already deserves a gold star in my book.

Now, let’s be honest… it was a Monday morning, and I was not exactly firing on all cylinders. I couldn’t remember half the details I probably should have had ready, but the agent handled it like an absolute pro. He was patient, friendly, and didn’t make me feel like I was slowing things down (even though I probably was!).

The whole interaction was smooth, professional, and actually quite pleasant, which is not something you always say about admin calls on a Monday!
