Misselling of product

I took out pet insurance from outsurance, I was told that vet visits would be paid for. What they did not tell me was that vaccines and routine care does not fall part of a vet visit. This is misselling of a product, disgusting for such a big company. R5K in premiums which I cannot claim from as my pets are healthy.
