Missed my Debit Order twice & Received discount

Missed my debit order twice within a 2 week period and was unable to sort out with my bank as work is really busy. Called today and confirmed that the debit order can run. Whilst on the phone, decided to review my insurance premium and received a premium reduction of just over R100.00 each month. Who says Outsurance dont go that Extra Mile when you really need them the most. Well done
