Miss spelled client_æ_s Names and details

Policy OT***4 claim number ***, We have lodged for a claim with Outsurance and since then all our Names or Initials are always spelled incorrect .. from speaking to one consultant to the other communication is always wrong My wife is Dr. Ntsako Nkanyane and not what you have put on the last email we received from you Outsurance and hence my Name.<br> <br> please can some one correct this ...... <br>
